About me
I am a teacher of visual and media arts in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. My intention is to capture images of my city as I go about my life each day. As I live in the downtown core of the city it is rich with urban energy and offers so many opportunities to capture it. While I have a Nikon D80 I also like to carry a simple point and shoot with me that I am constantly just walking and capturing images with.
I use the digital image as a starting point for exploration and feel fine with manipulation of the digital information. I teach Photo Shop, but I will not be using the program here. I will however attempt to capture, at times some of the techniques, such as layering, that an be done in PS.
