Working part-time, with a 12 year old son at school, I finally have a little time to enjoy the wonderful countryside around our home. With Box Hill, Norbury Park, Bookham Common and Polesdon Lacey just a few of the wonderful open areas on my doorstep, all close to the North Downs. Rupert came into our lives in December 2012. Having always had a dog we were still missing our scruffy lurcher cross, Jes. Rupert is from Romania - has battle scars to prove it! He is one of the lucky ones and was first saved by a wonderful lady who has been rescuing Irish dogs, and now Romanian dogs too, for over 30 years.
