About me
'Adventures in Speyside' is a picture journal of our time building a new life and home in the beautiful Strath Avon (pronounced 'Arn') near Drumin Castle where the River Livet meets the River Avon, the main tributary of the great River Spey.
There are far reaching views of the Cairngorms National Park and the world renowned Glenlivet distillery (amongst many others).
We will be designing and self-building (literally) our new home and hope that this journal becomes a complete visual record of our extended sabbatical in the north of Scotland.
We hope that all those who take the time to view the photographs enjoy them as much as we enjoy taking them.
