Started way back in 1970 and worked as a freelance for many national papers. Ten years Staff at the Scotsman 1980-1990 left on returning from the World Cup in Italy. Have travelled to over 30 countries covering football mainly for the Scottish Daily Mail & European Pressphoto Agency (EPA). Spent 3 weeks in South Africa at the 2010 World cup for EPA and travelled to Poland in June for Euro2012 also for EPA.
